Profile:
Maumee Valley Country Day School is the premier school in northwest Ohio and boasts a talented and creative student body, a dedicated faculty, and a comprehensive coeducational PS-12 program focused on individuality and student-centered learning. There are 465 students and a 70-acre campus that allows for outdoor and indoor hands-on classrooms. All Upper School students participate in Winterim, the school’s signature program. Held annually each November, students choose from an array of on-campus courses, language and culture-oriented travel, independent study, or internships around the world. Recent trip locations included Ethiopia and France, and on-campus courses ranged from forensic science to filmmaking.

Project Brief:
Maumee Valley Country Day School felt that its old web presence was outdated and they were committed to developing a website that accurately reflected the school’s mission, values and educational vision. They wanted to turn their static web pages into a more fluid, dynamic and content-rich environment, and they recognized the need for a strategic and cohesive plan for electronically communicating with students, parents, alumni, donors, prospective families, and faculty and staff. 

Results:
Partnering with Eighty20 has allowed Maumee Valley Country Day School the means to effectively communicate its unique qualities; it has also invigorated the community. The website design features compelling photography, is easy to navigate, and is clean, professional and sophisticated. In short, it is a source of pride.
